1. Acceptance of TermsYour agreement to use this site

By accessing or using vittarthi.com (the "Website"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website, including those who browse calculators, read articles, create accounts, or submit any information through the Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vittarthi under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

2. Description of ServiceWhat Vittarthi provides

Vittarthi provides a collection of free online financial calculators, educational articles, and personal finance tools designed to help Indian users understand and plan their finances. The services currently include:

  • Investment calculators (SIP, PPF, NPS, EPF)
  • Loan calculators (Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan, EMI)
  • Income planning tools (Salary Calculator, Retirement Planner)
  • Educational content (blogs, guides, case studies)

All services are provided free of charge. No sign-up or registration is required to use any calculator. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, add, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

We do not provide any service that constitutes investment advice, financial planning services, portfolio management, or broking — all of which require registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or other regulatory authorities. Vittarthi is not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulatory body in India.

3. No Financial AdviceThe most important section — please read carefully
Vittarthi does not provide financial advice. Nothing on this website — including calculator results, articles, blog posts, guides, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content is strictly for general educational and informational purposes only.

The calculator outputs and figures displayed on this Website are mathematical estimates based on the inputs you provide. They are not:

  • A guarantee of any future return, corpus, income, or financial outcome
  • A recommendation to invest in, purchase, or avoid any specific financial product
  • A projection by any SEBI-registered investment adviser or portfolio manager
  • Advice tailored to your specific financial situation, risk profile, or tax circumstances

Actual investment returns depend on market conditions, fund performance, government policy changes, interest rate movements, and numerous factors outside our control. Past performance of any financial instrument is not indicative of future results.

Before making any investment, insurance, loan, or major financial decision, we strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser, certified financial planner (CFP), chartered accountant (CA), or other qualified professional appropriate to your needs.

Important: Vittarthi provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Please read this section carefully.

  • Financial losses, investment losses, or damages arising from reliance on calculator results
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the Website
  • Actions taken or not taken on the basis of any content on this Website

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Vittarthi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Modifications to the WebsiteOur right to change or discontinue services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any service, feature, or calculator at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to calculator methodology, interest rate defaults, or content coverage.
